It would be fairly simple i think. just a few input fields, one for the text speed, and another for what to type. It wouldn't be pretty, but im saying maybe anywhere from 30-120 lines of code and If you wanted it too look good maybe add 20 or so. depends alot on the language. I'm teaching myself a new language, so maybe that'll be a project to look forward too. Thanks for some Inspiration ha ha.
