Would a capacitor help my system out?

capacitors work a little bit but there mostly for looks you need to get a battery just for your amp. the battery's im talking about are made for car audio systems. they make your systen louder ,more bace and your lights wont deem capacitors caust $120-like $300 and the batterys are $100-$250
