Can anyone translate this from Polish to English?

Maciek is explaining Daniel how to download some files ... and daniel is using a slang - he says he doesn't want this motherf* to translate haha :-)) but they have problems with computers then ... oh please , it's so boring , just explaining such things . nothing special , actually !
