I don't think the Delilah Noir dolls are rip-offs or fake in the sense of being copies of other molds, though apparently there has been some discussion about the fact that she looks an awful lot like the Narae doll. But the jury is still out on that so until there's actual proof that she is in fact a copy of another doll, I wouldn't call her a rip-off or fake. However, Delilah Noir dolls are considered off-topic on BJD forums like Den of Angels, which means you can't discuss them, feature them in photostories (they can be in the story they just can't be the focus), sell them, and the like. Anyway, the bottom line is this -- if you want a Delilah Noir go for it, but keep in mind that you won't be able to do much of anything with her on communities like Den of Angels because she isn't clified as the kind of doll discussed there (resin Asian BJDs) and is therefore off-topic.
