Chickenpox is driving me crazy....help...?

I'm a young 45 and just got Chickenpox (on top of flu). I know you shouldn't scratch but I've got a very itchy spot on left eye lid, close to my eye. Any idea how I can ease the itch. Please help its driving me crazy... Thank you. Toe
