Do you think Oracle is a good tech stock to buy now?

Also, I just recently bought Wachovia stock. Do you think this is a good move? Also, a few weeks ago Jim Cramer on CNBC was saying the market is oversold, and today I think I heard him say it is overbought. Did I hear him correctly? Is it possible to go from oversold to overbought in a span of about 500 points in the DOW? Also, I would like to know where you are putting your money now in this bear market. Do you think the market hit the bottom a couple of weeks ago around 11,800? I appreciate your opinions. I hope you are all having a good day.
