Can I fly using a matricula consular I'd within the us?

I want to fly to Hawaii but I'm not sure if I can board a plane using this kind of I'd.. Wich is issued by the Mexican consul so I guess it's a legit government issued I'd. Also I'm not here illegally anymore after a year and a half of trying to become legal I finally got accepted by immigration and have doent proof which states it.. But I just got accepted 2 months ago and it takes 90 days for immigration to give me permission to go to the DMV and get a drivers license which I could have used as i'd but I'm supposed to go to Hawaii in two weeks so I really don't have the time.. I say this so that I don't get any answers saying that I am breaking the law and should go back to my country.. All I want is to know if I can fly with the I'd that I do have.
