What is the song playing at the start of Monk episode 1x10?

The song is playing on a stereo and is being listened to by Ms Rutherford. 1x10 is the episode entitled "Mr Monk and the Earthquake". I checked the credits but turned up nothing. I also checked out Jeff Beal's site but also ... nothing :( I want that song!
