My skin is turning lighter PLEASE HELP?

Its probably a fungal infection that causes loss of pigment. Its called pitasyrisis versicllor. It can be treated with topical anti fungal or selsun shampoo or nizoral shampoo both 2 weekly for at least 6 weeks.
