How to win a Leo man back after i broke it off im a scorpio!?

I broke it off after 4 up and down years with a Leo but i love him still. He is so willful and im attracted to that me being a Scorpio. I know he still loves me but he won't talk it out with me he keeps shunning me saying " im mad don;'t wanna talk right now." i know him and he could stay mad for a while im talking a couple of weeks easily but if he takes too long ill get mad too and i will soon believe he won't care to be with me then ill go for good! What can i do to get him back!
