Continuation of MBA or taking up Software Engineer?

Since you are already in the MBA program it would be best to complete it. If you can do that and also take the position, be aware that both are rather stressful, and would be very taxing. Other jobs will be available when you graduate, in fact, a much broader range of jobs, possibly at much higher salaries.
