Halloween Outfit?

Well I really wanted 2 have Scissorhands because i really liked that movie Edward Scissor hands. I know it sort of an old movie but I want something really intresting like that/ I dont know how 2 make it. If u have any ideas or maybe know how2 make the hands plz i really need help here.
