How do I make a on down shirt breezy?

No process really you could probably wash it a couple hundred times and thin it out but thats a horrible idea..wear it over a fitted tank top with jean shorts and gladiator sandals or flats, a fringey bag and I'm sure you'll be set! Even tucked into the shorts with a brown belt could work.. Good luck with that :P
