I am a vegetarian who eats fish!?

Can I even call myself a vegetarian? I'm not even sure. I don't eat meat not because I think animals dying is bad, but because animal torturing in slaughter houses is bad. So I'd eat venison too, if someone shot a deer in the woods. Or a chicken... I would actually eat any animal that I knew 100 percent sure died humanely. I'm not even sure if I can call myself a vegetarian.
