Trying To Lose Weight?Will I Lose Weight?

Ok i am trying to lose some weight. i am 5'3 and weight 185 i am trying to get down to 145. Im going to start running the high school track for 30 minutes. I also have a exercise bike, a bench press that can be turned into dumbbell's with no more weight than 100 pounds. Im also not going to drink soda or juice and start eating healthy.How long would it take to reach my goal?
