What does it take for me to become a air stewardess in Singapore Airlines?

What route should I exactly take to become a stewardess? Must I get a A-level cert. here in a Junior college, or just hop into any course of my interest offered in Polytechnics? What are some of the critieria of being a SIA girl? Please do give me some answers.. Thank you so much! =]
